Character Name: Lenora Lederer
Power (Brief Explanation and Limitations): Invisibility - Lenora can turn invisible. While being able to control it on will, she also sometimes turns invisible when feeling uncomfortable. Her limitation is the amount of time as well as the fact that she's not yet able to turn a lot of clothes invisible with her. She can turn her lingery invisible but that shortens the time she can turn.
Guardian's Name and Species: Milo, Red Squirrel. Milo's power allows him to change size.
Hometown: Small Town too far away from the University to visit her parents.
Brief History: Lenora was never really popular with her age group. While her parents tried to support her, they didn't have a lot of time for her because of work and she didn't want to bother them with stories of her being bullied at school. Always feeling uncomfortable around "cooler" people, she often wished to disappear. One morning it happened - she didn't notice Milo yet, who was sleeping next to her pillow when she woke up. Upon looking at herself in the mirror, wondering if other girls also had these kind of problems, she felt ashamed and just disappeared. Upon her scream Milo woke up and calmed her down, though a talking squirrel only made it worse, but she eventually calmed down. After trying to gather more information, she eventually stumbled over Essen University and enrolled.
Even though you'd think her power would give her a chance to "run away", it did the opposite and gave her more confidence; she knew she was special and didn't fear the laughter of the "cooler kids" as much as before. She is still feeling uncomfortable sometimes while thinking too hard about what people could think about her, her biggest worry being along the lines of: "she can turn invisible, she might be a thief, her guardian isn't better, I bet he can be really small and spy on us". She just wants to be friends.
I really love how most of this turned out, Milo is adorable and the invisibilityclothes and specially her expression, I didn't even notice before that she looks a bit shy/scared, Alina mentioned how she looks less confident than my usual works and I LOVE IT, genius oblivious to own pen work Lisa strikes again.
